1 Current position as a key account manager in Julphar (Gulf pharmaceutical industries) since October 2013 covering the main accounts in Dubai and Northern emirates, responsible for full Julphar portfolio.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing the medical representatives covering the main accounts in Dubai and N.E. and directing them to achieve the best results.
• Establishing annual agreements with the key accounts in Dubai and N.E. by signing annual contracts with them.
• Penetration of the accounts by introducing the newly launched items and items not listed in the account formulary.
• Preparation of micro IMS data per account of Julphar items versus competitors.
• Providing the sales manager with a weekly stock report per account to closely monitor the movement of Julphar items.
• Drawing a stakeholder map for each account.
• Arranging of Julphar stands and booths in local and international events (e.g. DUPHAT, EGHC, Arab health…etc.) in co-ordination with the event manager.
• Optimizing the monthly forecast of Julphar items per account by discussing it with the sales managers.

2 Working as a product specialist in Janssen UAE (Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson) from June 2009 till September 2013 in the field of gastroenterology (Working on Pariet & Motilium, covering Sharjah & Ajman)……achievement are as following :
2011 : 137 %
2012 : 132 %
2013 : 103 %
Pariet is ranked no. 2 in the IMS of PPI’s market in Sharjah.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Promoting Pariet and Motilium to different specialities (Gastro, IM’s, G.P’s, Cardio, ENT specialists, Urologists, Orthopaedicians…etc.) in Sharjah and Ajman.
• Development of the relation with KOL’s in my territory.
• Preparation of IMS reports analysis of total UAE PPI’s market and presenting the results to my colleagues on monthly basis.
• Managing the CME meetings and AV actions in my assigned territory.
• Coaching of my junior colleagues technically and personally.
• Pre-launch and launch of Resolor (Procalopride) in UAE.
