1 Current position as a key account manager in Julphar (Gulf pharmaceutical industries) since October 2013 covering the main accounts in Dubai and Northern emirates, responsible for full Julphar portfolio.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing the medical representatives covering the main accounts in Dubai and N.E. and directing them to achieve the best results.
• Establishing annual agreements with the key accounts in Dubai and N.E. by signing annual contracts with them.
• Penetration of the accounts by introducing the newly launched items and items not listed in the account formulary.
• Preparation of micro IMS data per account of Julphar items versus competitors.
• Providing the sales manager with a weekly stock report per account to closely monitor the movement of Julphar items.
• Drawing a stakeholder map for each account.
• Arranging of Julphar stands and booths in local and international events (e.g. DUPHAT, EGHC, Arab health…etc.) in co-ordination with the event manager.
• Optimizing the monthly forecast of Julphar items per account by discussing it with the sales managers.
