* follow up maintenance & breakdown and work hours for equipments in plant.
* follow up and recording Scrap ( Local and imported ) to the main scrap area.
* follow up the loaded Scrap from main Scrap to the bunkers ( Local and imported ).
* follow up Site Warehouse for spare parts and consumable materials.
* follow up Receive materials as per purchase order and delivery slip received from suppliers.
* follow up issuing materials as per the request through Issue slips and issue transaction in system for maintain stock.
* follow up the daily operation for the warehouse.
Accountant
Booking the vessels and trucks according to the shipping plan and production plan to assure the supply delivery for shipments on time.
Follow up of shipments at origin, and updating the relevant report, and also follow up of arrival.
Preparation of daily report for Local distribution & Inbound & Outbound and Airport.
Making reports including damage or bad shipping.
Local delivery full cycle starting from order receiving, calling truckers, advising details, monitoring arrival, monitoring delivery.
Preparation of cash flow statements and monthly follow-up movement.
Preparation of journal entries for purchase and sales.
Preparation of monitoring stores from operations add, exchange and work a regular inventory.
prepare monthly production reports and determine the proportion of incentive based.
preparation of the documentary cycle.
