• Supplier payment positions, future (required) payment facilities
• Shipments / contracts position,
• Vendor evaluation sheet / technical complaints

• Receive purchases requisition and issuing requests for quotations to the suppliers.
• Prepare technical analysis sheets to get authorized concerned directions.
• Prepare prices comparison sheets between accepted offers.
• Issue up local / foreign purchasing orders.
• Prepare approval form to obtain high rewarding committees approval.
• Follow up payment and orders expeditions.
