Responsible for the age group of 5 to 8 years, with improved technique swimming to participate in championships Qatar Swimming Association (less than 9 years) and introduced new forms for their development and implemented speed and conditioning monthly programs for the players.
Plan and prepare lessons in advance in collaboration with colleagues and ensure that learning is kept within curriculum targets, maintained equipment facilities and supplies used in the sports program, ordered supplies as needed, prepared team emergency kits, assured proper safety conditions of fields and courts, implemented injury prevention and sport specific training programs.
