• Put strategies for reliability improvement as well as maintenance and technical management.
• Preparing the schedules and supervising the fulfillment of preventive and periodic maintenance plan.
• Put a periodic plan to afford the required spare parts, tools and maintenance materials.
• Obtain measurable data for SAP system to study spare parts consumption trend.
• Create records for every machine during the reliability time to deal with the hidden problems if found.
• Prepare and supervise maintenance documentation.
• Maintain all tasks to be completed in a safe manner and highest quality with cost and energy saving.
• Review and develop reports to monitor maintenance performance and optimize effectiveness.
• Review and advice about the techno-commercial evaluations in the contracts.
• Leading the maintenance staff to :
o Preparing and setting up equipment for operatives.
o Responding to sudden breakdowns during the equipment work.
o Diagnosing problems quickly and fixing faults on site (where possible).
o Reassembling and testing machinery to make sure it is safe to go back into operation.
o Carrying out planned maintenance.
o Recording work in detail and informing operation supervisor about progress.
Artificial Granite factory manager
- Responsible for production dept., Sales dept., and R&D dept.
- Studying sales orders with all dept before acceptance to check whether we have production capacity, available raw materials, technically and timely we can finish or not.
- Put production dept on the track to achieve company policies.
- Receive work plan from depts. and follow up them daily.
- Facilitate work conditions to get least trouble and max production efficiency to deliver orders in time.
- Guide sales dept to achieve company goals in accordance with market conditions and competition situations.
- Review production coast periodically and change the related sales' prices.
- Very frequent update the market needs, sales prices and competitors actions.
- Report to General Manager
- Get reports from Production, Quality Control, sales, and finance dept.

- دراسة الطلبيات الواردة من حيث : القابلية للتنفيذ - الطاعه الاستيعابية للمصنع - ملائمة تاريخ التسليم - فنياً.
- الاشراف على وضع جداول الانتاج وتحميل الخطوط
- متابعة الانتاج اليومى ودراسة المعوقات واستغلال ظروف التشغيل بطريقة مثلى
- متابعة تسليم الطلبيات والتعامل مع الظروف الطارئة التى تستجد على جداول التسليم والشحن
- متابعة ادارة مخزون الخامات وتوجيهه بطريقة تمنع تراكم الخامات واستغلالها فى اقصر وقت ممكن.
- تحليل ودراسة مشاكل الجودة بالتعاون مع فريق الجودة و وضع حلول جذرية لضمان عدم تكرارها
- متابعة باقى اقسام الشركة كل فيما يخصه لضمان عدم توقف الانتاج أو تعطيله.
- قيادة العنصر البشرى المختص بالانتاج من خلال كادر ادارى خاص بقسم الانتاج.
- Factory manager for Both knitting factory and Tape factory
I managed the production and maintenance processes in accordance with quality control Dept.
**knitting factory had 117 workers on 294 machines.
** Tape factory had 52 workers on 72 machines.
As an additional Task; I worked as Quality Inspection Manager of the row materials. ( Manager sampling, inspection and evaluation of the row material in order to direct them to the suitable use).
Also Supervised the Technical specification dept. for knitted fabrics.

Establishing new factory for weaving
Starting from Project requirements throw selecting the suitable construction companies,
following the contracts,
establishing the building,
buying the machines,
designing machines’ layout,
choose air-condition station and ducts’ paths,
study the compressed air pipe line and compressors
and start the preproduction.
1. Manage the production process according to weekly plan and sudden orders.
2. Follow up the production flow in parallel with the raw materials.
3. Follow up the right amounts and requirements in each section in order to get the desired production at the right time.
4. Solving production problems which may fed back from the Q.C. dept.
5. Check the workers’ conditions and performance.
6. Taking decisions about activities affecting the production amount or quality.
7. Manage the Maintenance group in twisting dept. Apply the periodic maintenance for all kinds of machines using the maintenance tables provided by machines’ builder.
8. Dealing with daily sudden stops. Issue the purchase applications and Check spear parts orders with agents or the manufacturing companies.
9. Certified Internal Auditor for quality systems ( ISO 9002 for year 2008 - ISO14001 for year 2008 and HOSAS )
1. Manage the production process according to (time and action) schedule.
2. Matching the right material with right machine at the right time to get the qualified production in time.
3. Solving operating troubles and follow the daily production flow as specified in the (time and action) plan.
4. Follow the periodic reports about the work performance of production team and take the correction action when needed.
5. Fabric analysis to put the right cam and needles order in order to knit the fabric for all kinds of knitting machines (jacquard, semi jacquard and multi cam track).
6. All the work processes and documents were done according to ISO 9002 standards
