Establish risk management plans for newly developed software projects to mitigate risks. Modify project management tools
and techniques approved by Project Management Institute in alignment with target projects.
 Actively participated in achieving Ministry of Interiors’ strategic objectives by executing various project management
approaches and techniques such as predictive, adaptive, and hybrid projects.
 Facilitating the transition from Waterfall methodology into Agile methodologies.
 Publishing the approved agile project management tools and techniques with using tailoring to line with the nature of
ministry of interior work and strategic goals
 Mentored and coached the team in understanding and the application of the Scrum and Kanban practices.
