• Develop and review project schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and direct all planning and scheduling activities.
• Review and monitor schedule and progress submitted by subcontractors during detailed design drawings, Procurement and construction.
• Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
• Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.
• Develops quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties.
• identifies, analyzes and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations.
• Develops and writes the schedule commentary that appears in the monthly progress and similar reports. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule and prepares and presents the Critical Items Action Report.
• Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
• Interact with project team and project managers to understand scope of work and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
• Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
• Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
• Conducts cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.
• Monitors cash flow & applies the necessary modifications if any.
• Performs project costing related reporting; such as cost control & cash flow reports (weekly & monthly reports)
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Provide the cost report reflecting budget, commitments, actual cost, and forecasts on a monthly basis and updated cash flow also to ensure smooth financial planning and alert for a potential deficit.
• Coordinate with Operations, Contracts & Procurement Departments to monitor and review variation orders and update database of projects accordingly, identify cost, budget, cash flow and schedule impact of proposed changes.

including loading of resource and costs, defining activity codes using Primavera P6 software.

Responsibilities:

1- Provide planning support to all projects using primavera P6 by preparing the overall project schedule based on the contractual scope of work.
2- Monitor project schedule-performance, review schedule analysis and provide feedback and recommendations to project management team.
3-Make the necessary coordination/integration between various disciplines, suppliers, subcontractors to ensure that the project schedule is on the track.
3- Preparation of monthly progress invoices to the client in line with project schedule update.
4- Follow up the project cash flow on a monthly basis in order make sure that that the expenditures are
kept within the project budget.
5- Prepare a monthly cost report to high management showing the cash-in and cash out s-curves.

6- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

-Participated in the overhaul process of different types of aircraft in the following fields:
1 - Maintenance and Repair of aircraft Structure parts.
- Hercules C-130 airplane - Helicopter ( Commando, Mi 17, Mi 8 )
2 - Maintenance of aircraft`s engines.
3 - Non-Destructive Inspection for aircraft`s Structure and Engine components as a Qualified and certified in ( Non-Destructive Testing ) with guidness of American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) recommended practice, in the following categories : -
1- Liquid Penetrant Test, 2- Magnetic Particles Test , 3- Ultrasonic Test, 4- Radiographic Test
5- Visual Inspection
