• Follow up the fabrication of all local material.

• Managing the installation of all Mechanical, and construction scope with regional and global engineering teams in CCO project (silos building) in critical pass phase rectifying the deviation to meet the agreed timeline with Zero overspend.
• Managing and installation small minor projects (AHC- Site footprint enhancement- New SKUs introduction)

• Managing the installation in Assiut Power Station 1500MW Combined Cycle Project With cost 8, 000, 000 USD
• Managing and Supervision of Installation of Two ACC units (Air-cooled condenser) each condenser contains 35 cells including steel structure, fan ring, fan screen, fan bridge, A frame, Bundles, CCM Condensate cooled Manifold, SDM Steam Distribution Manifold, ducting systems.
