Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring possible fraud opportunities due to technical weaknesses or defects to ensure detection as early as possible.
• Identifying, solving and reporting incidents to Head of Fraud Management. Evaluating fraud cases and supporting reengineering of processes in order to prevent fraud.
• Evaluating the current systems and applying processes in order to identify any potential fraud risk, to re-engineer certain controls in order to reduce the risk of fraud.
• Compiling and submitting report's using fraud management system to automate functional reports.
• Monitoring the implementation of the tools including HW installation, connectivity, system operation, KPI development, adapter development and integrations.
• Entrusting with the accountability to conduct business and technical studies among the concerning departments, and coordinate with vendor to design, develop, integrate and implement business solutions.
• Working in close coordination with Network, Billing, Customer Care and IT staff to determine root causes of problems and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions.
• Engaging in controlling new services, products and marketing campaigns from fraud assessment point of view. Conducting fraud investigations and estimating potential losses.

• FraudBuster company, SIMBuster Solution to detect and eradicate fraudulent activities on the Sudani Network.
