1. Configuration, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the CRESTEL Telecom Convergent billing product for Wimax and LTE (TDD) data/VoIP services.
2. Mediation Rule Configuration, Changes and Testing based on business needs and network changes.
3. Rating and Billing configuration & changes based on rate plans based on business requirement.
4. Managing provisioning configuration, testing and integration to Wimax as well as LTE network elements such as PCRF (Policy Manager), Sonus (VoIP) and Netop (Wimax-Data), HSS etc.

10. To analyze & debugging day to day issues by analyzing logs and provide possible solutions and report it to product team for resolution.

12. Taking new requirements and map it with current product solution and involved in overall CR Process from requirement to delivery.

1. Providing Technical support for PointRed Products (LTE, ASN gateways, Micro Red NGN equipment’s, Wi-Max (802.16e/d), Wi-Fi Mesh and EMS.
2. Handling the Network Planning and implementation of BSNL Rural Wi-Max Phase-II for 5 states across India.
3. Installation & Commissioning of ASN Gateways, MPLS and Core service Network for Wi-Max project.
4. Installation of Wi-Max BTS and integrating it with Core Network.
5. Monitoring health of the BTS through ASN & EMS.
6. BTS audit & Troubleshooting.
7. Up-gradation of ASN/HA/EMS/BTS from Old version to new Versions for betterment of existing services.
8. Handling the TTSL Point to point links project and also maintaining its EMS.
9. Building out the network plans and architecture for Clients for Enterprise Customers.
10. Help provide customer inputs to Product Engineering teams and help in getting feedbacks from customers on roadmap features, market requirements, product evolution and testing cases etc.
1. Done RF Site surveys for Wi-Max BTS at Maharashtra, Gujarat and various other locations across AP.
2. Physical Installation, Operation & maintainer of the core Network like Cisco Core Router & Switches, AAA, SAS and HA with the guidance of central team.
3. Created the datasheets for Routers and the sector controllers of the sites and providing it to the on-site Engineer for commissioning.
4. Installed and Commissioned Wi-Max BTS’s in 3 circles of India (AP, Gujarat, Maharashtra).
5. Done drive test and RF optimization for the AP Sites and solving the customer issues.
6. Head of Operations and Maintenance activities for BTS’s and the Core Network in Gujarat and AP, also looking after the O&M works in Gujarat.
7. Lead Engineer for the successful swaps of sites for PAN India and was responsible for site configuration, implementation and integration tests.
