Responsibilities:
Sales and Target
*Allocate the annual target per customer and phase it monthly
*Preparing monthly and Quarterly forecast by SKU.
*Delivering the agreed monthly sales target and growth rate by brand.
*Developing the monthly plan to achieve the best distribution and visibility by SKU as per outlet classification.
Customers
* Evaluate the customer’s performance and identify the growth share for each one.
* Negotiating, finalizing and singing the annual business development agreements for our customers maximum by end of Q1.
* Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues.
* Business Review Meetings with all the customers on Monthly basis
Sales Team
*Ensure all sales team know their customer targets and achievement
*Leading the execution excellence in the field.
*Coaching the sales team and enhancing their skills.
*Focus on that Vision Stores visits:
- Weekly
- PLG compliance
- POSM implementation
- SOS
*Expand the concept of Vision Stores to be across all the covered pharmacies
*Maintaining staff attendance and punctuality reports.
*Field training for new sales representatives.
Finance
*Follow up with National sales manager to finalize all pending SAF (spend Authorization form)
*Looking after the financial issues related to my sales team and customers
*Ensuring all customers receivables and confirming their monthly statements
*No over dues.
Must Stock List
*Achieve 100% availability on MSL as doors classification.
*New launches (new product development)
*Ensure the all NPD’s are listed in our customer systems and be available in home shelf on time with the agreed Plano gram throw the below
Sales and Merchandisers Team
*Have full knowledge about the items information (Packing /Price /PG/SOS/Display KPIs)
*Have Full knowledge about Activity behind NPD (ATL- PTL -Promo Activity - POSM)
*Have Full Knowledge about Items benefits (How and when to use)
Customer
*Share with the customer the Activities Plan (ATL- PTL-Promo Activity - POSM)
*Share with Pharmacists the items benefits (How and when to use)
