Working with BUREAU VERITAS, DOHA QATAR, as Senior Inspector Engineer specialized in inspection, Testing and Certification of Lifting Equipment as per the Relevant International Standards and QATAR ENERGY Lifting Equipment Regulations. Responsibilities:
Inspection and auditing of all lifting equipment in offshore and onshore for all QATAR ENERGY sites (PS4, HULUL, DUKHAN, NODCO, NGL, RAS LAFFAN).
Inspection and auditing of all kinds of lifting activities (dismantling of turbine top casing, compressor casings /accessories, heat exchanger, tube bundle, pipe rack installation, offshore lifting activities.
Inspection and testing of all type of Major Lifting Equipment such as Mobile Cranes, Rough Terrain Cranes, Man lifts, Offshore Pedestal Cranes, Offshore & Onshore Containers, Material Baskets, Runway Beam, Lifting Beam, Spreader Beam, Davits, chain blocks, lever hoist and Lifting Loose Gears at RasGas, Occidental Petroleum, QAFCO, QAOCO, etc.,
Thorough Knowledge of Qatar Energy Lifting Equipment Regulation, RasGas Lifting equipment Regulation, Qatar gas Lifting equipment Regulation and all relevant BS EN, ISO, ISO, ASME Standards for Inspection and Certification of Lifting Equipment.
Inspection of various Plant construction equipment such as Excavator, Wheel loader etc., according to Shell Equipment inspection guidelines and all type of Major and Minor Lifting equipment.
Review the Third‐Party Certificate for all Lifting Equipment.
Review of lifting equipment inspection Procedure.
Witness the Load Test of Escape Capsule in Well Heads and Production Station.
Perform audit of lifting equipment inspection program at Qatar Petroleum facilities and its Contactors and submission of audit report finding and recommendation.
Bi‐annual Inspection and certification for offshore and onshore Lifting Equipment at OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM QATAR
Inspection and Certification of all lifting equipment at Ras Gas.
Inspection and Certification of all lifting equipment at SCHLUMBERGER. Review and approval of critical, complex and standard Lifting Plan at varies Oil and Gas facilities during major shutdown.
Assessment of Lifting Equipment Operator to ensure knowledge and understanding of Lifting Procedures and level of competency.
Provide Safety Training for Lifting Equipment Operators and Riggers.
