• Provided general administrative support regarding sales operations to General Business Manager.
• Established and managed a strong and dynamic Sales Administration Department, as well as a powerfull reporting system.
• Handeled all reportings, requirements and quires from management, sales team and HO in a proffesional way.
• Involved actively in important business processes such as forecasting, tarde activities planning, yearly business planning and budgeting … etc.
• Monitoring the country trade activities expenditurers and budgets through the MAC system and excel.
• Supported the sales admin department in the new Joint Venture (Nestle Dubai Trading) Jun & Jul 06.
• Trained many collegues inside Nestle Qatar and in Nestle companies s in other Gulf Countries.
• Participated in the "Global Business Excellence Project" for Nestle Middle East with additional resposibility as a "Data Standard/Data Management" stream leader for Nestle Qatar.
• Provide general administrative support regarding sales operations to Business Development Manager.
• Ensure the adaptation of all tools that will allow the BDM to track and analyze sales related data (through systems, reports ...etc)
• The main Coordinator within the country sales force with NME, supply chain and CSD’s Organization and with the Agent.
• Handling the sales system (SSM) by ensure everyday updation & maintaining and running sales related data on both weekly and monthly basis including forecasting.
• Monitoring the country marketing activities expenditurers and budgets through the MAC system and excel as well as handling and auditing all related debit notes.
• Involving in other related roles like OPL preparation, Ordering & forecasting, BDB expenditure, POSM, Price Structure …etc.
• In addition to my role in Qatar, temporarly handeled the Sales Administration role in Bahrain for 6 months.
•From July 04, added responsibility as Advertising & Promotions Coordinator, supervising the in-market consumer promotions and sampling activities.
• Managed the buying department’s order processing & overall administration, and maintained & updated information on the Interactive Purchasing System.
• Run, distribute & customized reports in MS Access and AS400 for sales, merchanding and other related information as well as generating database at item level for various products including sales, cost, & retail information.
• Continuously forecasted, reviewed and maintained items to satisfy inventory, margin, sales & carryover as per the Management plan.
• Managed & maintained a few electronic categories by buying, replenishing, forecasting, & pricing their corresponding assortments.
• Added responsibility in April, 2000 to assist IC & Logistic Department in administrative work like stock level reports, following up with some vendors on both levels locally and overseas, split inventory to stores as per requirements …etc.
