1-Receiving weekly plan from planning team and do the needed to assign them on production lines. 2- Arrange required manpower based on plan to mange if needed extra manpower to reach required output and also minimize numbers if needed to insure cost saving by utilizing standard manpower. 3- Insure that lines status maintain our company health and safety requirements. 4- Also verifying that All required quality systems are applying. 5- Troubleshooting any issues and find root cause analysis for it toavoid market complains as possible. 6-Ensure planned KPI'S of efficiency and performance are met or exceed. 7-Ensure prescribed line Preventive Maintenance is completed timely. 8- supervising and motivating a team of workers and arrange with department manger needed food safety and skills training for them to increase their skills which will affect positively on business needs. 9- Participating in launching new venture between Nestle and Gandour Saudi Arabia to produce (Nestle Tola skus on our line Tofiluk line) by applying nestle requirements for hygiene, food safety, sops, ccps and oprps for their products also achieving line required TMP while monitoring scrap generated to be within standard . 10- Leading Daily FDS Meeting (Factory driving system) with all stakeholders to discuss Safety, Quality, Delivery, Motivation and Environment . 11- monitoring daily scrap reviewing if any bugs of consumption, etc. 12-Monitoring and reviewing CUTE file which monitor our efficiency, capacity, utilization .
Lead the shift in order to achieve production plan, assure the compliance of the daily floor activities to the company’s certified systems . Analyzing production, quality control, plant efficiency, material wastage, maintenance, and other operational reports, to drive corrective action after discover the cause analysis. Assures equipment of the plant effectively operated in order to fulfill general objectives of business. Improve manpower utilization within production process. Directing the production team members and assisting line foremen to understand and implement policies and procedures.. Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner. Monitor and evaluate the shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like OEE, productivity, wastage, efficiency.
actory clean as our factory standard say. and insure applying 6s. - Applying operations scheduling which is major for our analysis. - Analysis for different stoppage and break downs and working on reducing or eliminating it. - Applying Kaizen with production and different departments which lead to save about 70.000 EGP per year for transporting materials. - Applying 5 why and root cause analysis which lead to increase productivity of factory (2) by 20%. Working with quality team to decrease fine percentage to reach the target without decreasing of Production Rate in cooperate with maintenance team.
