Admits, transfer or discharge patients to in-patient unit.
Process physicians writing order in medicom -meditech system.
Record and arrange in-patient & out-patient referrals.
Receive and assist patients, visitors and staff.
Maintains patient files in correct order according to medical records guidelines /JCIA standards.
Demonstrates cooperation, coordination, and respect among individuals /department in order to provide excellent customer service(internal &external).
Maintain daily census report on an in-patient unit.
Perform all work characteristics of the patient relation / interpreter job.
Considerable knowledge of medical terminology.
Assist in preparing pre-op patients documentation, including history & physical, consent, anesthesia for surgery before admitting.
Coordinate with the international patient in booking an appointment with clinics or reserving bed or fix the discharge.
Documentation & filling all records belongs to the unit.
Dealing with in/out telephone calls and taking messages.
Generate patient’s bill before discharge.
Following with insurance, admission office to get an approval for procedure & updating the insurance office about patient’s status.

Provides Arabic-English interpretation/translation, both verbal and written in Orthopedics, surgical and medical units as required.

Provide guidance about all kind of transportation in Dubai and also the general rules of the city e.g. consumption of the alcohol timing, money rating, beaches, etc.
