- C&B:
- Responsible for the compensation process including (Payroll, Incentives, Profit share,
Welfare…) for LG & OS members.
- Responsible for annual performance appraisal and salary increment using salary surveys.
- Track & analyze labor cost factors to regularly monitor factory productivity.
- Prepare monthly accrual.
- Prepare HR Annual budget.
- Participate in Annual tax reconciliation.
- Develop benefits to maintain competition and employee satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that LG attracts and recruit suitable
applicants for identified vacancies.
- Work closely with all company’s functions to understand their recruitment needs and
requirements.
- Analyze manpower requirements & prepare annual manpower plan ensuring that all
requirements have been accurately reflected.
- Set timed recruitment plan for each vacant position determining clear deadlines for every
recruitment phase.
- Identify suitable recruitment agencies & sources and negotiate contracts with external
recruitment consultants to secure the most favorable terms for the organization.
- Implement full recruitment cycle.
- Responsible for full On-boarding process.
- Manage and implement Exit interview.
- Participate in updating the Recruitment policy, process & procedures.
- Personnel:
- Handle governmental issues (Monthly insurance payment-Form 1, 2, 6)
- Handle Annual contract renewal.
- Handle Hiring & Resignation process (System & Documents)
- Organizational Development:
- Prepare and update Organization chart.
- Prepare and update Job description.
- Participate in preparing succession plan.
- Handle Probation period & 1st year performance appraisal.
- Employee Engagement:
- Leader of Change Agent Team.
- Responsible for factory Employees monthly meeting “Town Hall Meeting“
- Participate in organizing events related to factory employees.
- Employee Relation:
- Review and inform employees about HR policy.
- Handle employee investigation.
