• Responsible for electromechanical procurement and technical submittal approvals.

Job description:
• Handling engineering daily work orders, maintenance orders, putting and handling preventive maintenance (monthly, half-yearly and yearly) plan for hotel’s equipment.
• Responsible for HVAC system (AC split units, air handling units, chillers and BMS system. (Operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for steam boilers system (operation& maintenance).
• Responsible for all kinds of pumps (operation & maintenance) and swimming pools system.
• Responsible for firefighting system and its all components.
• Responsible for medium tension stations (11KV/400V), low tension stations, UPS system, and all electrical panel boards. (Operation & maintenance).
• Responsible for diesel generators (operation& maintenance).
• Responsible for light current system (TV and PAPX).
• Responsible for hygiene audits and its inspections.
