Develop and execute the overall People & Culture strategy in line with the organization’s vision and objectives
Design, Structure and review of Organization Structure as per the scope of Business requirements.
Recommend and implement newly revised Human Resources policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and other related systems.
Updating the existing formats and developing new formats & forms to ease the workflow, simplify procedures and maintain consistency.
Establish an employee handbook on the basic policies and procedures to be distributed to all employees and used for new orientation programs.
Exercise salary studies / surveys matching with the market and other competitors in the industry, based on job evaluation and grading scales.
Review proposed promotions and recommend job level and salary adjustments for all employees to evaluate suitable distribution in close collaboration with line managers.
Formulate a comprehensive Manpower plan in accordance with the different departments and within the Company’s approved organizational structure. Monitor headcount, turnover and vacancies.
Develop job description, job evaluation, and grading and placement practices.
Devise KPIs /OKR for the department, monitor them for deviations, and ensure their alignment to the corporate strategy.
Maintain proper implementation of the approved performance appraisal systems.
Develop recruitment procedures and systems that aim at constant and effective action and reflect a bright image towards job candidates.
Implementation of New HR Software.
Provide adequate efficient staff to stimulate maximum performance and individual initiatives and develop methods and procedures to produce qualified candidates for employment development.
Monitors training needs assessment based on training gaps.
Develop and designs training workshops and seminars.
Maintains communication and cooperation between the HR. staff and all Departments at the level necessary for maximum results.
Prepares department annual budget and Establish HR Budget covering all spectrums of activities, control and maintain the expenses in alignment with the approved budgets.
Develops Human Resources Information System including salary and compensation administration analysis, employee’s profiles to ensure timely and responsive feedback to the management requirements.
Drive the Disciplinary standards and procedures in the organization.
Develops and implements a weekly, Monthly and Yearly report of the department activities to be submitted to the management.
Re-organization of the personnel files / records in a way to facilitate references, maintain documents in a logical sequence and maintain security and confidentiality.
Monitors staff attendance records and advise managers for subsequent actions.
Plans and organize leisure facilities, trips, social and sports activities for the company’s employees and their dependents within the approved provisions, limitations and schedules.
Ensure that all housing and transportation needs for the Company staff are carried out properly.
Planning & overseeing all administrative processes relating to immigration & residence regulations in connection with employment.
Review reports on employee attrition, performance, employee satisfaction, talent development and make recommendations to management.
