• Member of the Board of Directors for the Medical Center.

• Recruitment
• Personnel
• Payroll
• Government works and Relations.
And any task under Human Recourses Dept.
- Responsible for:
• Acting HR Manager from July 2013 June 2014.
• Responsible for all administrative work in the HR Department.
• Supervise the Expeditors in all Governmental Issues.
• Matching update passports statements and Labor office and make the necessary additions and exclusion in accordance with reality.
• To execute all administrative requests all government agencies.
• Preparing Medical Staff MOH Licenses and responsible for.
• Responsible for Saudi Council of Health Specialties and any issue related to.
• Responsible for the receipt, transcription and distribution of correspondences, reports and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Maintains established HR Policies and department policies, procedures and objectives.
• Responsible for employees’ relations, calculation issues, i.e., leaves, service award, etc.
• Responsible for New Hires Induction
• Maintain employees’ files and HR filing system / record keeping
• Prepare process and distribute payroll.
• Design and conduct new employee orientations
• Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems
• Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff
• Control Payroll Calculation, compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by authorities
• Follow procedures related to Expatriates working of company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses
• Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships with HO and effective communication between Company & employees
• Conducting employee orientation programs like introducing personnel, employment benefits, payroll, assisting in filling of enrollment forms
• Ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes
• Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans
• Providing recommendations to the Director of Human Resources on training programs, trouble areas, and many other opportunities.
