Diplomatic, Limousine and Retail.
 Direct Sales Consultant for Embassies and Limousines Agencies requirements from Merc. Cars.
 Customizing the Vehicles due to the Agency requires (Engine, options, technology, etc.)
 Acting as the contact Person between Daimler Office and the Agency here in Egypt.
 Selling new Mercedes-Benz vehicles as well as optional Facilities like financial services, insurance services, extended warranty Programs accessories.
 Representing the brand, providing excellent customer service and the key contact between the customer and the company.
 Maintaining a personal and lifelong contact and relationship with the customer, thus achieving high customer satisfaction and keeping them loyal the brand.
 Active Prospecting of new customers through direct mailing, phone calls, visits/events and motor shows.
 Represented the company in International Exhibitions Formula-Automech Motor Show 2015.
 Executing customer follow-up after vehicle delivery promptly within 48 hours.
 Actively logging daily on “Sales Funnel” (Mercedes-Benz Global online monitoring system)
 Actively attending to MB in-house trainings and e-Learning courses.
 Started the MB Daimler Certified Sales Consultant Modules, June 2015 to be certified Sales Consultant by the first of Jan. 2016.
