 Making sure safety & security of records of high profile patients
 Follow up with both consultation and surgery patients
 Consulting about treatments and procedure information
 Briefing to patients about consents, agreement and policies.
 Taking care of Hotel & flight bookings for patients and making sure that everything is
on time.
 Discussing pre surgery and post surgery instructions
 Maintain all data pertaining to each consultation client & surgery.
 Follow up with clients via emails and phone calls post consultations and surgeries with
complete care of their privacy & security
 Updating patients record files by pictures and reports of post-surgery
 Supervising staff to Receive patient insurance and updated in system
 Supervising of payments from all over the world by wire transfers or other sources.
 Conducting trainings, for doctors from different parts of the world.
 Brand development coordination of cosmetics, hair & skin care products and surgical
instruments
