The success which has done with our operations was an effective part of winning new tender with KOC company by 1500 Wells.

Performing pre delivery inspection (PDI) for all ESP equipment, Wellhead EFT’s, Cables, DH sensors gauges and Y-tools.

Performing testing for ESP Motors, Pumps and Pro-seals.

Worked as ESP workshop supervisor in charge.

Crew Leader for all ESP strings types (Shroud with Y-tools string, Y-tools string, Shroud string and Normal string) Installation and pullout.

Identify issues and apply trouble shooting for all above ESP strings designs on location.

Writing daily, weekly and monthly operation reports related to downhole and wellhead activities.

Worked as ESP application engineer (ESP equipment selection, Tracking running wells behavior and recommend trouble shooting for field engineers)

Handling EFT jobs as wellhead engineer (installation, pullout and landing tubing hanger)

Initiated data base (DB) software system to control
operations consumables and work flow.

Successfully initiated workshop workflow to minimize human error for equipment inspection phase.

Successfully initiated wellhead department in my company which was not exist before and all wellhead activities was been performing by our source company.
