• Review of Contract documents for the preparation of Quality programs
• Preparation and assesses the implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), system procedures, material submittals and other QA/QC documentation as per Scope of Work and ensure compliance as per contractual requirements.

• Fully liaising with PM / Construction Manager / Quality Engineers on daily basis to assisting Project personnel to identify problems and potential or actual non-conformances and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions undertaken.
• Issuance of NCRs in case of noncompliance through Cooperating with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non-conformities.
• Coordinate with all disciplines of Execution Teams and Contractors for Quality related matters
• Ensuring that all measuring and testing equipment are under the control of the Quality Department in the correct equipment calibration management and such records are available.
• Conduct and /or Participate in Quality & Technical meetings with clients Sub-Contractors or Vendors
• Participates in Internal Quality Audits as part of the audit team.
• Participate in the process of evaluation to approve vendors as Company's suppliers.
• Arrange training programs for the education of Staff on Quality related areas to update their skill and knowledge to develop Quality & Safety culture.
