Responsible for all progress meetings on and off site, cost control,
invoicing, variation claims, invoice payment resolution and conditions
of contract.
Duties:
- Managed the project team including any subcontractors.
- inspected projects sites to monitor progress and adherence to design
specifications, safety protocols and sanitation standard.

2- AL BARAQ TR. & ENT.CO.LLC Labor Accommodations
Project Description : G + 4 Labor Accommodations G+4+R Dubai - U.A.E
with total contract value : 30, 000, 000 AED
Duties:
- Review & prepare contracts, permits, drafts, cost estimates & insurance.
- Allocate necessary project resources including subcontractors, supplier &
company labor.
-Ensure project is executed according to approval time, coast estimates,
quality & safety standards.
- Supervise, coach & monitor project team.
- Initiate & maintain relationships with client & consultant
- Provide assistance to the project team in technical & commercial aspects of
the project.
- Participate in proposals including assisting in estimating scheduling &
execution.
- Manage all construction activities following project approvals.
- Attend progress meetings & coordination meetings.
-Supervise & control change requests to ensure prompt approvals.
-Follow up / Monitor procedures of NOC / Permits with different authorities.
