• Deliver the governmental mandatory Food safety and Health & safety training (Food safety level 1, 2, 3 for catering and food industries. According to KSA regulation and British standards)
• Conduct governmental Inspections on Catering, Food industries, Retails
• More than 8000 training hours experience delivered to more than 7000 trainees

• Conduct audits on FSSC, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001. Standards
• Consultation service for international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004

• Quality checks and tests on received raw materials
• Supervise the performance of production lines of Mozzarella & Edam cheese
• Work with the quality team to make final quality tests on final products (Mozzarella, Edam, Mozzarella Buffalo, Old Rome, Gouda… and more)
• Conduct internal audits on ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and HACCP plans review

• Responsible for the implementation of HACCP plans
