Participate in sales & operation planning meetings to make sales forecast & to choose the forecasting technique to be used
-receiving the approved sales forecast from sales department annually & its updates to review it against the production capacity(resource planning)
-make a production plan depending on the sales forecast, customer orders & production capacity
-Make the master schedule planning for the coming 12 month & the rough cut capacity planning & work on getting solutions for production constraints & bottle necks
- determine the requirements of raw materials to achieve the production plan(MRP)
-choose the suitable inventory replenishment method that matching the business direction
-review the inventory stocks to issue the required purchase requisition (netting)
-make the production schedule weekly & follow its achievement
-calculate the rated capacity of the production line weekly & compare the actual production versus the planned& work on increasing the utilization & efficiency
-ensure the delivery of goods to customers within time frames(in due dates)
-help in choosing the manufacturing environment of the year
- contact person with suppliers to avoid supplying problems
- responsible for customers complaint & customers satisfaction
- Responsible for a timely and adequate registration of the finished good and reporting all in and outbound movements to enable adequate registration of sales
- coordinator between Lacto Misr & FrieslandCampina Kievit in supply chain & some financial issues
-Conduct awareness training on basics of supply chain & inventory control
- Adjust & review the on job training for dept.
- Responsible for the documentation system acc. To QMS, FSMS, EMS & OHSAS

2-Food safety management system ISO 22000:2005
3-Enviromental management system ISO 14001:2004
4- OHSAS 18001:2007
- inspection of the production process starting from the dispensing of raw materials, manufacturing processes & packaging
- inspection of receiving the raw materials & its sampling plan to issue the release
-inspection of the finished goods & review their COA to issue release
-calculating production yield & FTR
- responsible for customers complaint & customers satisfaction
- Member of Internal Audit Team & Covering requirements of International Standards
