• Design central system of projects control, put standards, develop construction manual (including work processes, document management, etc.), establishing scope of authority, clear lines of communication and train teams to apply the same.
• Developing and establishing Hyder master system to manage documents, data and reports using the integrated web system.

• Manage planners, schedulers in KSA projects to assure applying standard system and best practice in planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution within the time and budgetary parameters, including preparation of resources and optimizing their utilization.

Provide leadership and guidance to the projects planning teams to develop, implement & maintain the project controls procedure, schedules, and reporting systems.
• Review the progress measurement system such as monthly manpower histograms, progress S curves etc. received from main contractors (and sub-contractors).
• Monitoring progress for timely execution through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project to identify, resolve/ suggest solutions for any problems, issues, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure that site projects controls documents such as construction schedules, resources histogram, reporting systems, commodity data base, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed & implemented by the designated personnel and reviewed by PM and that engineering & procurement activities are properly interfaced.
• Ensure that planners are carrying out schedule risk analysis and advise action plan/Proposed Scenarios to mitigate the delays, if any.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor systems and progress.
Meeting with clients and main contractors on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems.
• Establishing a procedure, identifying a responsible person and establishing a timeline for making necessary contract decisions or modifications.

As a PCS manager for the Client of JKP (Jabal Al-Ka'bah Project) in the heart of Makkah Al Mukarramah (The Holy Haram) I was responsible for almost all tasks in the above mentioned job (ABNIA Consulting Engineers).
