Quality & Food Safety Manager
Implement and monitor HACCP and food safety systems across all production stages.

Regulatory Compliance & Audits
• Successfully handled over 100 third-party audits from key clients and authorities including Al Baik, Panda, Carrefour,
Hayak, Caterione, Al Othaim, Caribou Coffee, Jack Cafe, UCafe, Cinnamon Cafe, Blabn, Wahmi, Aramco, ENPPI,
Chevron, and more.
• Conducted internal audits at key company branches including Dammam and Riyadh Airports.
• Performed supplier audits as part of the approved supplier procedure (ISO 22000 Clause 7.1.6).
Food Safety & Risk Management
• Oversaw implementation and validation of HACCP including CCPs, OPRPs, and PRPs across all production areas.
• Ensured traceability and recall readiness through documentation control and regular mock recall exercises (Clause
8.9).
• Led cross-functional risk assessments and hazard analysis to protect food safety and quality standards.
Data-Driven Improvement & Complaint Reduction
• Implemented Six Sigma methodology using statistical tools (e.g., Pareto Analysis, Ishikawa 6M) for root cause analysis
and corrective actions.
• Achieved measurable reductions in customer complaints and improved satisfaction scores.
• Handled non-conformity investigations (Clause 10.2), performance evaluations (Clause 9.1), and continuous
improvement planning (Clause 10.3).
Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities
• Conducted performance appraisals, competency assessments, and succession planning within the Q&FS team.
• Reported directly to the business owner with detailed quality and safety performance insights and strategic
improvement plans.
