Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the site work practices and coordination of all
associated parties working on the project within budget and as
per the schedule plan by providing technical Support to the
contractor.
• Evaluating and implementing change requests submitted,
including preparation and verification of MTOs and company
estimate.
• Managing and Supervision of civil, structural work, architectural
finishes, external infrastructure, installation of underground utilities,
Façade system, paving, road alignment, materials submittals,
construction activities, resources and logistics.
• Follow up materials procurement using MTSs, and procurement
progress steps (MRs, NMRs, IAPs) to expediting the delivery time
and make sure the materials meet all Saudi ARAMCO's standards.

Managing several projects for facilities and community under voltage
conversion program. Responsibilities include preparation of project
baselines (scope, cost, schedule and project deliverables),
monitoring performance, quality, and Safety in addition to
establishing and maintaining stakeholder engagement and
communication management

Assessing the needs of regions and end users’ requirements then
preparing water and sanitation contracts.
• Determining the type of projects and priorities for submission.
• Studying transactions and citizens’ complaints and respond to
them.
• Studying the quality of old projects to consider, either to do
maintenance or reconstruction.
• Documenting all lessons learned.
