Make incentives sheets for fayoum & Bani-suef's customers. Deal with customer from start till work with us( convince customer to work with us, explain the features of company to achive better sales and after this I dealing with government institutions to finsh all paper and documents of customer and make company contract with him and open account for him in bank to send incentives for him every month ).
Deposite incentives for dealers in bank every month.
Make KPI, commissions, and salary for branch staff. handling and opening personal employee accounts (QNB
Bank).
Review contracts and tax papers related to customers.
Collecting payments from customers. Review treasury sheets of governrates (benisuif, Minia,
Fayoum, Tanta, Alexandria, Ismailia).
Handling SIM Contract for stuff with Vodafone company.
Make daily treasury transactions: -
Release my treasury checks from banks. Settle sales and purchase petty cash on a daily.
internal work such as: -
Doing budget, financial statements, daily entries, and income Certificates, Recording data, purchases invoices and sales invoices
2. External work such as: -
Dealing with all government institutions to finish papers and documents for clients, such as (the
chamber of commerce, tax authority, social insurance institution, real estate registration office )
