• Design, Installation, and Maintenance of Windows-based LAN networks, Peer to peer networking in Microsoft TCP/IP based network services like DHCP, File/Print and DNS setting for the internet.

• Management of users & computers accounts, sharing permissions and maintaining security and working with Group policy.
• Working on remote application like TeamViewer, VNC & AnyDesk etc.
• Resolving daily technical issues and providing desktop support to office & site staff.
• Ensure the highest percentage of timely call resolution & customer/staff satisfaction.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and conduct periodic surveys to maintain a high level of customer/staff satisfaction.
• Create customer/staff reports for upper management on top support issues identified through technical-support calls with the customer/staff.
• Help Technical team in evaluating new services/products offered in the IT industry.
• Report project status to management on a regular basis.

• Resolve problems of branded machines like Compaq, Dell, HP Gateway desktop and servers.
• Manage technical unit as a profit center by increasing revenues through services viz. third party AMC’s.
• Ensure that all the engineers are aware of their responsibilities, and ensure that all commitments by individuals are accomplished.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors to make sure problems are rectified in time
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly Reports and analyze the reports.
• Meet the local IT Executives on regular interval to discuss processes, issues and plan for upcoming projects for smooth implementation.
• Handling AMC & Assembling Department.
