• Prepare and submit credit special requests for approval to release hold orders for customers.
• Analyze and score the financial statements for our customers with evaluation of their history to request for them a new credit facility.
• Monitor and segregate account receivables report into categories and submit it to top management.
• Provide the sales GM with required financial info. for approvals.
• Prepare & send warning letters to customers who have overdue pending payments.
• Prepare & send SIMAH notification warning letters to customers who have overdue pending payments in order to collect it or to put it as default payments in their credit report in SIMAH.
• Prepare full case for default amounts with supported documents to submit it for legal action.
• Follow up and monitor receivables reports of pending payments and guide the sales team to collect it.
• Solve pending issues of our customers with Sales, Production, Logistic and Acct. Dep.
• Prepare and issue all required credit notes requests for the customers.
• Monitor and solve pending issues for LC customers to release their hold orders.

• Recording accounting and financial entries using SAP Sstem.
• Prepare sales premium and discount report on customers and materials wises.
• Review sales discounts cases before manager approval
• Forecast the sales discounts of the orders in hands.
• Prepare fixed assets report.
• Prepare cost centers and expenses report.
• Prepare stock movement report.
• Inter-company reconciliation.

- Solid knowledge in SAP FI including (New G/L, AP, AR and AA).

-Good knowledge in overall integration among FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, WM and PM.
-Solid knowledge in business process in SAP FI (document control, posting control, financial statements and asset transactions).
-Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
