 My duties included:
 Worked as Technical consultant on the Integration between oracle and GP, full life cycle implementation and support facilitate business process changes and managed after implementation.
 Gathering requirements.
 Reviews requirements with the users and provides time estimates for task

 Developed functional and technical requirements solution documents, test
scripts and set up documents including analysis.
 Produces and maintains program code.
 Design a documentation of the functionality and customized reports.
 Managed the UAT along with analyzing, designing and configuring fully
automated processes in Oracle custom modules.
 Performs systems testing with internal and external clients.
 Prepare Operations instructions for the execution of application programs.
 Prepares functional specifications for user sign-off.
 Designs and builds custom forms and reports for various business units using
Oracle (Forms & Reports 10g).
 End User training
 Analyzes application problems and recommends modifications.
 Development of Subscription Publication Module,
 Customer Services (Call Center Module).
 Inventory Control
 Cargo Management
 Handled all customer support tickets of the Distribution System.

 Analysis, design, Develop and implement of custom systems based on Oracle Applications and integrate it with other systems Financial, HRMS and Inventory modules, Hand Held device and Websites. Also creating report as requires in different types (XML, RDF).
