• Project Planning & Scheduling in MS Project software
• Planned vs Achieved milestone tracker, Re-scheduling or planning for new activity
• Preparation of baseline schedule showing the project milestone and detailed activities under concerned
WBS by studying the contract and scope of works
• Tracking of Multiple Project Baseline with against of Project actual
• Coordinating and facilitating the project planning and execution activities with all functional stakeholders
and maintain the records of agreed plans and MOM’s
• Work with all phases of Project from Initiation to completion (Initiation-Planning - Execution - Monitoring
and control - Close)
• Frequent liaising with Project manager and stakeholders and consistently applying EV procedures for
tracking and measuring progress at any point of time

• Tracking SPI/CPI, SV/CV, and Milestone tracking and delivering weekly information to Program team to
keep program on track
• Preparation of procurement schedule, cash flow report, maintaining required documents
• Responsible for delay analysis of contractors
• Identify and manage delays and maintain records and claims
• Frequent liaising with clients, consultants, technical team, vendors, and all stakeholders for monitoring and
controlling the progress
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Project status report with Photos to higher management and clients. Weekly meetings with JE and Clerk of
works regarding progress vs. actual status
• Coordinating with senior management for any critical issues

Responsible for Execution and Quantification of Residential tower for Diyasree Projects, Marathalli, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
• Planning and scheduling using Microsoft Projects, analysis of the project Schedule using critical path
methodology
• Inspection & supervision of all civil activities of site, adherence to contract documents, specifications and
quality standards
• Site Execution, Quantity Estimation and Material Reconciliation between estimated quantity and
Contractor’s billed quantity
• Preparation of Contractor Payment certificate in regards to the work order and as per the work completed
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
• Preparation of detailed Progress Plan and following up of the same in order to achieve the targets on time
with quality
• Preparation of Look ahead Schedule and Reconciliation report
• Preparation of Monthly Weekly reports with Critical issues
• Ensuring all work performed are as per BOQ specifications
• Coordinate between design office, vendors and contractors for timely Engineering progress
• Analyze and publishing of Project Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports with stakeholders & clients
• Responsible of MRM Presentation and updating of slides. OC and Fire NOC trackers with weekly updates
• Maintaining the early reporting of the working hours and dedicating additional hours, weekends, holidays
in order to achieve maximum tasks

Key Responsibilities
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Preparation of detailed progress plan and following up of the same in order to achieve the targets on time
with quality
• Inspection of various items related to civil construction i.e. reinforcement and shuttering of slab, quality of
materials used for construction.
• Coordinate between design office, vendors and contractors for timely engineering progress
• Motivating the subordinates and labors for better productivity thereby contributing to the growth of the
organization
• Maintaining strict accountability of labor and site expense disbursements

Club House, Gymnasium and Lift. It also has amenities like Badminton court, Basketball court, Jogging
track, Lawn tennis court and Swimming pool. The project has indoor activities such as Squash court and
also offers services like Banquet hall
• Residential building Ground + 4 floors includes Club House, Gymnasium and Lift with basement parking
• ICT Research and Innovation Centre at Kikandwa, Wakiso district, Uganda a hub of ICT innovations for
Uganda police which includes crime monitoring center, emergency center 999/112, Data analysis, Data
center and traffic monitoring center
• Construction of the National Command Centre at Police headquarters Naguru, Uganda
• Construction of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Jinja, Uganda
