1 - Work on the development of policies and quality procedures in the context of company strategies and implementation of follow-up to the daily practices of individuals and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• First: HR Senior Coordinator :
1 - Provide the requirements of employment within the company for all domestic and international projects.

3 - Educate staff and guidance on how to use the services provided.
4 - Follow-up periodically for matters relating to approvals for some services that require it.
5 - Follow-up to the obligation to implement the contract during the contract and work to include some items that are not covered in the contract terms to cover the renewal of contract.
6 - The work of the financial settlements for payments of the contract periodically and review the new additions and exclusions during the period of the contract.

12- Enters employee data, and payroll change information into database.
13- Creates files and maintains physical employment records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers,
performance reviews, and terminations.
14- Responsible for contracting medical care service provider and billings.
15- Creates and maintains automated reports from database.
16- Performs general research and analysis of information to prepare reports.
17- Assists with the department budget process.
18- Administers background screening.
