Handling site workshop for following projects:
Sharjah Sewrage plant extension (SE-7), Ajman Sewrage and pipeline works (AWP), Ras laffan pre-cast plant and Mangroufs in AUH.
-Monitoring and improving progress, Maintaining Quality Assurance and safety of
workshop staff & equipments.
-Co-ordination with site in charge &plant for equipment planning.
-Preparation of service charts (Daily, weekly, monthly) & submitting weekly and
monthly reports for utilisation, breakdown, standby and equipment testing.
-Service and repair for all construction equipment in construction site including
heavy duty equipment, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes,

Job Profile: • Service and repair for Deutz compact engines (up 400 KW) in all over U.A.E.
• Setting engine applications (hydraulic power pack, standby gen. cont. duty gen.) as per Deutz standard.
• Service marketing.
• Repair for under warranty engines and submitting warranty claims to Deutz via
Deutz private network.
• Submitting complete inspection technical report to each customer followed by offer for repair.
• Submitting inspection report for any non familiar cases under warranty period with complete findings and measurements to DEUTZ AG.
• Update service, sales spare parts teams for any new product updates.
• Assisting sales staff and attending for meetings with customers and provide more
technical details for end users.
• Assembling Myton generator (Deutz engine, Mecalte alternator, Deep sea
controller.
• Build up and update monthly clients lists.
• Assisting local assemblers in installation of engines in their equipments (fuel tank
capacity, fuel lines, air flow, air filter type, de-rating &up-rating.
• Update Deutz spare parts system & updating Serpic in case of any changes
carried out in engine application in U.A.E.
• Forwarding the warranty credit letters to Accounts after checking.
