Main objective to review Abyat Kuwait company’s trial balance accounts
Compare Abyat’s trial balance accounts balances with budget and analysis the variances
Review cash and bank transaction in details and supervise cash and bank team
Provide monthly financial statements after verify it and make necessary correction
Posting monthly General ledger entries in SAP system such as prepaid, accrued and adjustment entries
Enhance Abyat SAP system with lease liability cycle and apply IFRS16 as well
Cooperate with external auditor in interim audit and end year audit providing necessary breakdown GL’s and all external auditor requirements
Establish export section from scratch
Create and manage business relationship between QG and shipping lines, forwarder companies such as Seago, MSC, Falcon
Handling customers need in Russia and build new customer tree during world food Moscow exhibited in Russia https://www.world-food.ru/Home
Build a strong network with Egyptian fruit and vegetables farms
Create company’s accounting policies and procedures
Build team of 4 accountants to meet company’s accounting department structure
Preparing quarters financial statements, yearly closing and tax reports
Create& setup ERP system AXAPTA (Microsoft dynamic2009/2012)
Create and Implement various accounting department policies and procedures.
Help lawyer office to Setup the company legal frame and papers in Egypt from scratch

Establishing and setup policies and work flow of accounting department in Egypt
Preparing Estimated budget of the business in EGYPT
Lead team of 5 members (two accountants, A/P section head manager, A/R section head, warehouse Section head) To complete setup daily work and monthly closing
•Responsible to supervise all accounting and financial transaction between clients and big 3 insurance companies in the Netherlands klaverblad, Aegon, Avero
