Responsibilities:
•Processes the organization’s payroll accurately and on time.
•Activities may include accounting; distributing and preparing payments, benefits, and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses; maintaining payroll records.
•Resolve enquiries from employees.
• May check the work of others to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately.
•Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
•Responsible for employee master data in SAP system (employee leave balances, Business trip, cost centers, etc.)
•Responsible for uploading the payroll file to WPS system.
•Responsible for preparing employee files.
•Preparing the time attendance report at the end of the month.
•Preparing employee's financial transaction (end of service, business trip expenses, etc.).
•SAP HCM Key User.
•Provides information on continued insurance coverage .and process contracts renewal.
•Prepares various financials and other reports as required.
•Prepare the documents of Human Resource Development fund.
•Prepare the documents of GOSI.
•Coordinate in Performance Appraisal.
