-TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
•Re-established the Training Function, developed a new training System, monitored overall performance of Training function. Monitored annual training plan budgeting, development, and implementation with relevant activities e.g. developing training needs assessment, providers’ selection, training programs designs, calendar communication, reports, monitoring training budget expenditures etc.
•Conduct TNA & design the yearly training plan, Prepare training budget for department or organization, Assist with the revision of training programs; prepares and presents a variety of training workshops, seminars and Arrange for in-house and external training activities.
•Manage & control annual training budget.
•Develop training kits.
•Quantify evaluation data and Calculate the ( return on investment) ROI based on training hard data and soft data.
•Supervise the induction program for new recruits & ( on job training) OJT during their probation period evaluation.
-HUMAN RESOURCES PLANNING & ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT:
•• Liaise with the company's senior management to determine their human resources requirements including Saudization rates and matching with the governmental laws and regulations.
•Design, Maintain and update the organization charts to assist the management in implementing required organizational changes to achieve company’s mission & vision.
•Participate in preparing the corporate core values.
•Implementing a motivation & recognition system to enable and engage all employees (based on the corporate core values and business results)
•Provide support to HRGM in setting new HR strategies and plans, restructure HR function, and develop new HR systems, policies and procedures& employee handbook.
•Develop various HR policies and procedures for management approvals and communicate them to concerned departments and all employees to ensure their full awareness.
•Support various HR departments to update their policies, and procedures, and (key performance indicators) KPIs in light of HR strategies.
•Lead the HR audit functions to ensure various HR departments are complying with the set policies, and procedures.
•Manage the new performance management system, train & Support management team and staff to develop objectives, and KPIs.
•Develops and implement the Culture Change initiatives within the group with regards to support development of a competency and skills based environment, communication of the new Code of Ethics, and Corporate Values etc.

•Update the job analysis process then Job description and job specification process

•Carry on with Salman group drawing the succession maps for potential employees, designing their succession plans and oversee its implementation.
•Design/Present the annual Talent Management Operating Plan/Budget and align it with company partners
•Responsible for transfer of all HR processes to Oracle based HR Module in the new ERP system.
