- Leading Tanta plant Productivity & Sustainability agenda, achieving 45% improvement in water usage by leading plant WU KPI from 2.9 L/L to
be 1.6 L/L since 2017 till 2022 and this journey will be continued till, we will achieve the world class target 1.2 L/L by end of 2030.
- Leading Aquafina category which consist of 3 Water treatment units with total capacity 250 m3/Hr. through all Preventive maintenance activities and all operational activities.
- Leading quality MOH budget for Tanta plant.
- Leading the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in Aquafina & CSD.
- Manage the team to raise their capability to have professional team met company vision.
- Leading Co-man project implementation in the part of beverage process section and during hyper care period.
- Leading Productivity agenda for beverage process Department which we achieve 0.5 MM $ by 2022 Year End.
- Leading Plant team in Net content saving project which saved 1 MM L.E in 2021 and saved 2 MM L.E by end of 2022.
- Leading RB Team to reduce Bottle washer Consumption from 25 m3/hr. to be 8 m3/hr.
- Manage 2 Syrup units and 3 WTUs which is supplying 4 production lines 2 RB lines and 2
PET Lines with focusing in reducing any DT which increase Line Efficiencies by 1 %.
- Manage and prepare qualified team for company vision.
- Leading Ingredient Loss KPI to reduce Il from 2.1 Pt./Cs. In 2016 to be 0.2 pt./Cs.in 2018
with 90 % improvement and sustained the improvement during 2019, 2020 & 2021.
- Leading Sugar waste reduction productivity project in the plant which save in 2017, 2018,
2019 & 2020 by 3 MM LE.
- Collaborating with project team to startup water reclamation project R2RO units in Tanta
plant to reduce our WU by 0.2 L/L by end of 2020.
- Manage daily Production plan with category Managers to achieve our plan and guarantee
the best performance for all lines.
- Focusing in building talent and get new ideas for water and energy savings in my area.
- Manage and responsible for all Monthly and annually samples which is sent to Cork Lab
from Syrup and WTU
- Coordinate with all category managers for Daily production plan.
- Manage syrup room and its operation team.
- Make the periodically calculation for syrup quantity.
- Ensure that all the working process matching with PepsiCo Quality standard.
- Supervise all QC process for syrup and treated water.
- Control the amount of treated water supplied the prod. lines according to Prod. Plan -
- - Leading Ingredient Loss KPI .
- Responsible for SAP for raw materials staging and backflushing of finished syrup.
- Leading WT and Syrup Units Team to be the best circle in TPM twice in 2016 &2017 and -
- won the best circle award in the final audit of TPM.
- Manage 2 Labs in Farafra and Baharyia Oasis sites.
- Manage Lab Team and collaborate with site manager to reduce chemicals cost through daily follow up with agriculture team through action plan including all opportunities we must dose the accurate quantities from chemicals without any overdose.
- Perform routine analytical tests for sand, water & plant samples.
- Leading O&M for RO unit in the Site to guarantee water quality is within specs.
- Support all agriculture Eng. with the daily accurate results for plants samples.
- Share daily report with team to reduce chemical consumption and water consumption by
daily follows up with lab results to avoid any losses in water and chemicals.
