Assisting the Organizer to design new systems and processes to produce high quality product efficiently using the most cost-effective methods. Complete end to end planning, direction and co-ordination of all the manufacturing processes.
Calculate the production cost, time involved, existing production resources, human resources and do a proper estimate and recommend it to the organization and also estimate upcoming manufacturing requirements and help the management to take right decisions.
Assisting the Sales manager to research for new distributers, Open new channels for distribution of the factory products, Increase the product range, Study the market to rival and make commercial offers.
Build new sites and responsible of the Installation of the new machines (7D simulators) along with a group of an Italian team. Also responsible to the maintenance of the new machines.
Assisting the sales manager to find new opportunities for us to join huge projects and participate in the lighting design in these projects using the products available by our group upon the request of the consultant.
Responsible for the assembly of the production lines along with a team of Korean technicians. Working as a shift based engineer I was responsible of both the production and maintenance of the machines and products produced.
