• Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera P6 and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis.
• Preparing budget histograms, tables, curves, resource logs (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment)
• Assisting senior planning engineer in preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc.
• Preparing progress report for clients and making proper analysis for project based on the reports.
• Monitoring project cost, updating the schedule periodically, preparing variance report, cash flow report, earned value report etc.
• Cost controlling and monitoring productivity for PV, EV, SPI and CPI against established norms
• Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects.
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client/consultant.
• Visiting the site and taking the updates and progress photographs and submitting them to client in a proper way.
• Supervising the programs received from subcontractors and notifying them the delays as and when required.
• Preparing cash flow chart and the resource curve.
• Identifying the late nomination of provisional sum sub-contractors and its effects on our program
• Based on the project progress, preparing weekly/monthly project progress reports and presenting it to the Client as well as higher management.
Planning:
• Responsible to create, update and maintain data using Primavera 6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
• Creates delay analysis reports/claims.
• Communicate with other departments to get required information for baseline/ update.
• Preparing revised/ recovery schedule.
• Monitor project progress against an established baseline Update schedule.
• Adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources.
• Monitor material and equipment procurement, construction and testing and commissioning status.
• Work in conjunction with the Planning Manager and project director in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics.
• Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.
• Assists with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules. Develops spreadsheets as requested.
• Preparation of monthly invoices and claims and liaise with client for approval.
Procurement:
• Evaluated and reviewed procurement documents and participated in facility Inspections.
• Checking & verifying the bills, generate purchase and work orders.
• Developed controls and system to assure results of purchased products meet supplier quality performance.
• Communications with various vendors in regards with projects requirement.
• Update project status in excel and prepare the detailed report submitting it to Head office.
• Co-ordination with the stakeholder related to assignments and completion process.
• Built relationships with vendors to negotiate ideal teams for purchases.
• Set up and negotiated contracts to obtain favorable pricing and delivery structures.
• Good Working knowledge of Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and construction.
• Co-ordination with the clients for material quality control in projects.
Supervision of 5 steel buildings with a total area (1356.31) m2 from the starting stage of ground beams until
finished.
• Full coordination between service plans with the architect and construction
• Ensure the dimensions of concrete elements and reinforcement in the field.
• Approve the material and time schedule.
• performing Technical supervision for civil/structural/geotechnical works
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of construction

• Interface with the business and project teams, specialists and vendors to ensure quality and completeness of
estimates and project schedules.
