Bop Piping, Mechanical, HRSG, I & C, Steam turbine and gas turbine material Specialist (inspections and quantity surveyor)
Duties :
• Read site instructions and contract carefully to apply it correctly.
• Apply HSSE instructions for safe and best work.
• Make plan for materials receiving especially for big cargo (Lifting plan).
• Make Inspections for the materials before offloading to be sure from good transportation.
(If any problem takes photos and mention it on delivery note).
• Store materials as its conditions and category (Open air, under shaded area, AC room or Hazardous area).
• Prepare Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and keep it with hazard materials.
• Make full Inspection for materials according to Qualitative and Quantitative.
(If any Overage, Shortage or Damage prepares OS & D report).
• Use Siemens system (SMT) and android app for entry all data for work.
• Use Excel and its functions for helping me to save data and working time.
• Make materials transfer report and materials issue to site according to priority and requested by site construction team.
• Supervise Partner and sub-contractors work.
• Working for (Electrical, Instrumentations, Mechanical, HSSE, Piping, Steel structures and Commissioning) materials.
• Prepare Special tools and temporary import materials what we need to return back to Germany.
(Repacking and finish export papers)
• Make walk down and audit then prepare report for comments to start for solving.
• Attend daily and weekly meeting with managers.

• Make planning of loading and unloading materials to save time.
• Make planning and layout for material A-Down and made more free space to receive more materials.
• Make preview for all received material with GAFI.
• Inspection for material by using drawings and certificates.
• Make OSD with attached photos for damaged materials.
• Make material receiving report (MRR).
• Control all sub-contractors like Orascom, Petrojet, ENPPI, Hassan Allam son’s, Siac, and more ………..
• In charge of all work crews and individuals on site.

• Monitoring day-to day progress of the work.
• Managing and directs the Site Regulations.
• Programs according to demonstrated needs.
•Ensuring and supervising the given work assignment execution as per schedule
•Control material and make Preparation of materials what construction engineer want to install at site.
• Arrange implementation in site according to agreed time scales.
• Responsible about critical pipe and pipe support materials.
• Make material requisition as priority at site.
• Inspection for material by using drawings and certificates make MTR, MRR.
• Control warehouse and material by using excel sheet and functions (v lookup,
pivot table, If, sum, …) .
• Make planning of material as priority.
• use GTS with GPS for scan pcs barcode

Duties of Material Engineer (Manager):
• In charge of all work crews and individuals on site.
• Monitoring day-to day progress of the work.
• Managing and directs the Site Regulations.
• Programs according to demonstrated needs.
•Ensuring and supervising the given work assignment execution as per schedule
•Control material and make Preparation of materials what construction engineer want to install at site.
• Arrange implementation in site according to agreed time scales.
•Responsible about module (I, II, III) material (pipe, fitting, instrument, pipe support and steel structure, skids) simple and combined materials large and small.
• Responsible about critical pipe and pipe support materials.
• Make material requisition as priority at site.
• Responsible about contract 112, 118, 109, 106 materials.
• Inspection for material by using drawings and certificates make MTR, MRR.
• Control warehouse and material by using excel sheet and functions (v lookup,
pivot table, If, sum, …) .
• Make planning of material as priority.

Duties of Construction Engineer:
• In charge of all work crews and individuals on site.
• Monitoring day-to day progress of the work.
• Managing and directs the Site Regulations.
• Programs according to demonstrated needs.
•Ensuring and supervising the given work assignment execution as schedule.
• Manage sandblast and work shop.
• Make fabrication of material and install it at site.
•Decrease time of installation and fabrication to increase productivity and money as schedule
• Use drawings and P&I Diagram.
• Make permit of work.
• Close all punch list.
