TIG.EG is the main Contractor for the Project of South Valley Cement Company (SVCC), Beni Sweif - Egypt, Responsible for Supplying and Erection of all Equipments, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Works at the Project Site .

• Providing Technical Documents and Drawings to Supervision team and sub-contractors working at site .
• Monitoring Imported Equipments and Local Fabrications Shipments arrived at Site .
• Planning Erection activities at site and man power break down.
• Follow up and making Daily Progress Report about all Activities at Site .
• Contacting with the Owner ( SVCC ) and Sub-Contractors ( SIAC, RIGA, ALSAFA & PES ) .
• Contacting with TIG.JO Management and Design Department in Jordan.
• Reporting to the Project Manager .
Responsible for :
* Collecting data from different Engineering Sectors & Reporting to the Chairman .
* Make drawings 2D & 3D Models for the products
* 2D & 3D Drawings & Analysis for Exhaust System Components and Pipes
* Production Scheduling and Inventory Monitoring
* Factories Layout, Production Processes Sheet, Process Flow Chart
* Control Plan & PFMEA-Part Failure Mode Effect Analysis
* KPC-Key Product Characteristics & KCC-Key Control Characteristics
* SPC - Statistical Process Control
* Shop Floor Excellence
* Ordering New Machines & Raw Materials & Contact with Suppliers
* Studying New Products
* Developing of Current Products
* Planning and Starting 2 new factories from 2001 to 2006 :
