I gained a very good work back ground and successful experience in Retail too that under title of sales assistant I learned how to handle store and stock in short time, I’ve also learned how to give clients the brand attitude and how to max sales to work through plans to achieve daily target and monthly. How to work in store according to loss prevention policy in addition follows all SOP’s inside store with its all components. While achieving many targets and continuous success I was promoted to senior sales assistant to continue doing tasks and help store managers in reports such as CEE, SWOT, Weekly TRADE & COMPARISON Reports and monthly Performance Report. Plus to delegation tasks to sales assistants separately in order to accomplish work as team. Set plans and strategies to work together that aims to achieve targets. Always maintain the process of following Sop’s by all staff inside store
