Responsible for booking airline tickets and hotel reservations. Working on Galileo Ticketing System.
• Tele-performance : Expedia account (Dec 2010- Nov 2013.( Customer Service Representative: Responsible for booking flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals and activities. Assisting customers in changing, fixing or canceling their existing reservations or advising them with new ones. Worked on Sabre system. Got promoted to Tier 2 agent (Help Desk) March 2012: The escalation department which is responsible for handling angry customers who want to speak with a manager, solving complicated cases and checking the cases solved by the agents before issuing new tickets.
Hold many responsibilities like organizing meetings, arranging appointments, typing and translating. In charge of booking transport and accommodations. Dealing with complaints and queries. Preparing letters, presentations and reports. Attending meetings with senior management.
