Project Manager, Senior Resident Engineer, with an overall experience of about 27 years in projects Design, coordination, project management, and site supervision, participated in large building and infrastructure projects in the Middle East and the Arab Gulf region, including prestigious mixed-use complexes, sports facilities, commercial developments, vehicular tunnels, and others; Duties encompass: •Liaise with Senior Management, Follow up on team performance, Monitor the strategic objectives, Orchestrate the stakeholders' engagements, Conduct presentations related to project status and concerns. Review and check project reports, Report monthly and periodically on all related subjects. Communicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern. •Exceptional Leadership Skills, a collaborative management style, and the ability to work in a multi-discipline team format. •Approving baseline program and participate in developing of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents. •Oversee and participate in the project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, quality control provisions, and value engineering, oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments. Manage the review and interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standards and initiate revisions where appropriate; advise consultants and clients on how best to achieve required results. •Authorize the issuance of change orders and approves contractor invoices for payment. •Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize ongoing operations disruption. •Inspects, approves, and accepts completed projects for the institution, ensuring conformance with institutional standards, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications. •

 Representing for the Senior Resident Engineer/Project Manager, as and when required.
 Accountable for overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of project management processes and functions by supervising a team to manage projects.
 Identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path, managing deliverables and delivery of project estimation while involved in process planning, modification and compliance for organizational growth.
 Conducting project feasibility studies for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking and developing and reviewing the business case and the definition of requirements while clarifying that the quality of the project.
 Responsible for day to day supervision of construction with overall accountability of checking quality, preparing daily and weekly progress reports, preparing bills and submittals.
 Coordinating with consultants and contractors on the quality and presented progress of work whilst maintaining effective coordination with the local authorities to obtain clearances and approvals.
 Providing effective assistance to the Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site and contributing in reviewing contractors’ method statements, as-built records, and payment certificates.
 Implementing process modifications for optimizing resource utilization & maximizing productivity and implemented automated systems for streamlining operations to enhance operational efficiency.
 Responsible for developing & maintaining quality standards for onsite construction work, ensuring precise implementation. Review & approve inspections, test plans and quality control plans.
 Maintaining a filing system for all site memos and instructions, measuring quantities of work and materials on site, reports & other documents and correspondence pertaining to the construction activities.
 Maintaining seamless coordination with different discipline inspectors and arrange timely inspections of construction work as well as with consultants, contactors, and the client to secure necessary approvals on time.
 Evaluating the contractor resources efficiency/availability and raising impacts and the necessary feedback in accordance with the project schedule and other contract documents.
 Formulating all necessary correspondence required for proper administration of the contract to and from the Client/Project Manager (Employers Representative) and Contractor.
 Making vital contribution in managing the efficient execution in compliance with the project schedule.
 Communicating with Client/Project Manager (Employer’s Representative) and head office and issue in a timely manner any information required by the contractor for the proper interpretation of the works designed by DAR.
 Driving significant efforts in providing the necessary technical supports for construction team to solve site problems.
 Involving in the verification of contractor’s monthly statements allowing the release of the interim payment certificates based on Q.S assessment.
 Leading technical meetings with all concerned parties to discuss Contractor(s) submissions, Shop Drawings and construction related matters.
 Joining progress meeting with the Client, Contractor(s), Project Manager (Employer Representative) to monitor the progress of work against the approved program.
 Directing the consultant team of carrying out the work inspections, ensure the performed work is accomplished in compliance with the project quality requirements.
 Reviewing and approving of shop drawings for different concrete elements and steel structures prepared by the main Contractor, besides manage and approve the material submittals and different construction method statements.
 Supporting contractor(s) in writing to take corrective measures to rectify any defective works and or materials.

Supervising in-house team in preparing and issuing necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks with managing submittals recycle, reviewing client approval drawings and discussing with consultant any modifications or new PM instructions before issuing for construction.
Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals, with carrying out, issuing technical reports and proposals...
Studying and checking the structural design drawings with issuing the required RFI’s for the missing technical data in the IFC structural drawings or any discrepancies with architectural IFC drawings
 Review design drawings with full coordination between structural department, architectural and MEP departments to clear any conflicts in IFC drawings.
Liaise between the structural consultant and construction team in solving the site problems with providing technical assistance and preparing the detailed site sketches if required.
Follow up Subcontractor’s progress with reviewing invoices and proposals.
Negotiating and resolving claims and disputes that take place during the project also record and handle project claims, variation orders, and contractor correspondence for engineering issues that involved extra work /time in accordance of contract terms.
Participate in preparing the required plans and schedules for engineering and construction activities in accordance with master project schedule.

Preparing master time schedule for the project and the detailed schedules for Fabrication, engineering, and procurement departments.
Monitoring all the project activities with initiation updated progress reports in regularly basis to be discussed in projects progress meetings.
liaise between engineering dep., procurement, production planning, fabrication team with the client to ensure achieving the project master schedule.
Prepare and checking all the claims/variation orders and extra works which involve extra cost and/or time, moreover, assist in preparing the subcontractors P.O and studying suppliers offers in accordance of project contract.
Checking and assist in issuing whole invoices of the project (incoming and/or outgoing) in accordance of the contract payments times.

Generating required plans and schedules for construction activities, monitoring achievements of work progress with initiation the updated achievements reports in regularly basis.
Sub-contractor supervising, Responsible for following up the work progress to ensure achieving the project master schedule, with full coordination with all the project parties. Also checking invoices and the suppliers and sub-cont offers.
Roll out controlling for BTS sites, follow up and generate a complete status for the BTS sites (progress report) from the acquisition phase passing on construction, and finally activation

 Preparing, shop drawing for different structure elements for the project according to B.S (British Standard).
 Check safety and redesign structural elements due to the consultant changes.
 Site Coordinator, providing the site with the missing inf., site sketches, also, follows up the site and full coordination bet. the consultant and the site.
 Preparing the shop drawings and check design of the temporary steel structures ( tower crane base, shuttering, ……etc)

- Preparing the execution stages and detailed drawings for the Salah Salem Ventilation Station
