- Reviewing materials submittals, calculations and shop dwgs prepared by contractor for approval as per tender.
- Reviewing project method statements and ITPs of installation and inspection for approval before installation.
- Reviewing Contractors RFIs, VOs, Value engineering for response and approval.
- Following up the project progress according to plans and handling with contractor to meet the dead line.
- Handling all systems’ inspection with inspector and performing the final testing and commissioning.
Preparing full tender documents (dwgs, BOQs, Specs) for all elec systems (power, low current) of different projects (Airports, Hospitals, Hotels, high rise bld, ....)and value engineering studies
Evaluating contractors' offers, submittals and reviewing shopdwgs
Preparing full construction documents ( Method statements, shop dwgs, time schedules, progress reports, ...) for elec systems of DUBAI METRO PROJECT and supervising installation work done by subcontractors and perform inspection with sub contractors and engineer and perform testing and commissioning before final hand over
Preparing full tender documents ( dwgs, BOQs, Specs) for all elec systems (power, low current) of different project ( Hotels, Admin Buildings, high rise buildings....) in Gulf area
- Reviewing design tender and preparing detailed working dwgs, Calcs, Site MEP coordinated dwgs
- Preparing installation weekly & monthly schedules according to site conditions and project planning
- Supervising and handling installation of site daily activities for all elec systems power & L.C
- Raising necessary RFIs and variation requests to consultants for approval
- Handling site inspection with consultants for all Elec & L.c systems according to ITPs
