Senior Sales Supervisor
Purpose of the Job
To support the Regional Training Manager in achieving the regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the right skills, knowledge and attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to achieve company business objectives.
Key of responsibilities
Deliver in -house classroom training programs to help employees develop the right knowledge, skills and attitude.
Monitor implementation of annual training plans by Line Managers and ensure adherence to the plans.
Conduct Induction programs for new employees to understand company business procedures.
Conduct Almarai working safely training program to raise the safety awareness of the employees.
Conduct on the job assessment and coaching new employee to ensure employee understand the business procedures.
Conduct training audits to ensure company training policy is fully achieved.
Ensure the products are displayed at the right time and date at the right condition and the right place.
Ensure all the subordinates are constantly trained and equipped with skill and knowledge and to ensure the training needs are identified through TNA and training delivery as per their annual training plan also to ensure all his staff has a current and valid ITP and submission of training attendance records to the RTM.
Ensure and prepare sampling plan and observing actual in store sampling at actual sampling time and spot checking of resources, personnel hygiene, equipments, materials, communication with consumers and reports.
Ensure successful in store promotions are carried out by co-ordinating product tasting promotions or other market promotions as directed by Regional Merchandising manager or sales Managers.
Ensure good relations have developed with Logistics, Sales, Finance, Fleet, Training, Personnel department and also external customers and consumers.
Ensure resource are operate cost effectively and regularly reviewing route performance and ensure preparing and implementing of call plan.
• Assist Marketing Manager in developing Web marketing communication strategy.
• Execute Web marketing campaigns
• Prepared quarterly Web action plan
• Prepare and deliver campaign brief
• Maintain company and brand websites up to date and accurate
• Assist Regions in planning and execution of local events and motor show
• Prepare and execute Direct Mail shots.
• Maintain and analyze monthly expenses for all brands
• Analyze the Web campaign effectiveness
• Monitor Web Marketing industry surveys and competitors
Assisted users to troubleshoot in case of any abnormality or hardware failure.
• Maintain terminal, printer, paper and computer related supply inventory and their configurations.
• Maintain the tapes library for all the production jobs etc.
• Co-ordinate with Operation Supervisor for his queries etc. and I keeps him updated about the operational problems.
• Monitor the communication lines and co-ordinate with PTT and remote locations.
• Prepare the reliability report for I.T. Operations, H.O.
